Thank you Alex and his family for over 12 years coming to this car mechanic shop and they always friendly and respectful and kind people never had any issue with my car and they always there for me and the community and my expired I personally recommend this place for anything that you need to you car one of them they replace a news engine on my 2023 chevy suburban original, prices are very good like I said will recommend this Auto Mechanic Shop any one........thanks Alex and his family

I never write a review but felt it was necessary due to the level of service these guys gave. The guys drove all the way to Queens to install a new car window the same day I called. Due to a defective window, they had to come again for another install, and even came in the snow. While they were here changing the window, they helped me by changing my flat tire. The guys are all extremely nice and very accommodating. Highly recommend!

My go to mechanic for anything relevant to my cars. Alex and his team has been the best mechanic I have found in a long time. They are honest straight to the point and very real reliable. The team is knowledgeable and they always finish in a timing manner. I would definitely recommend if you need to get inspections, oils changes, break changes etc.. been coming here for 3 years now.

Noe and his staff helped fix my window after my car was broken into. I’m very grateful for such a smooth experience after an upsetting day. Noe is excellent and truly cared. He made a quick appointment to fix my driver’s side window. They were meticulous and vacuumed up all of the glass.

My experience dealing with Master Auto Glass & Repair was NOT what I expected and it WAS NOT a pleasant experience. I went to have my panoramic sunroof replaced. I was quoted a price and was told that I have to pay to order the glass. After paying $375… to order the glass I was told that if the glass was broken while being removed from the car they were getting it from then I would have to pay $200 dollars more for them to get it from another company. I was called two days later and was told that they broke the glass removing it. I needed the glass immediately because the rainy season was quickly approaching. The glass came and was installed- When the glass was installed they DID NOT vacuum the sharp shards of glass out so while I’m driving you hear the sharp shards of glass moving around
