Don’t waste your time anywhere else! These guys are sharp, friendly, and genuinely want to help. My vehicle had a steering vibration problem for almost a year, and this is the only shop I’ve been to that was willing to diagnose the problem instead of blindly replacing parts. They found the problem on the same day that I brought the car in, and It ran smooth as butter 2 days later. They’ve earned my loyalty!

Super quick emissions check which was nice. My only issue was when I wanted to renew my registration they said their website was down and that I had to do it online myself. I had read a previous rating that had a similar issue. Again fast workers just unfortunate I couldn’t get my stickers.

I was having issues with my tachometer and a sticky throttle (it's an old manual) and they were extremely honest and quick. They were willing to offer free advice, work with me on a follow-up issue for free, and beat local prices. I'll definitely be back if I need anything else.

I went in to get my emissions test done and had a very disappointing experience. The older man at the front counter was extremely unpleasant and rude. From the moment I walked in, he acted completely uninterested in helping and made it feel like doing his job was an inconvenience. He briefly looked at his computer, looked back at me, and told me the website was down and that I should go to the DMV instead. I understand that technical issues can happen, but his attitude from the start was dismissive and unhelpful. He did not offer any alternatives and did not even offer to perform the emissions test. After leaving, I went across the street to Jim’s. They got my car in right away and I was in and out within 15 minutes. I received my renewal sticker with no issues at all, and they confirmed

A referral, over 30 years in standing. Lots of experience, lots of Customer service. Both the time allotted for the repair, and the cost Were less than quoted I’m pleased!
