I cannot recommend this shop enough. Both my husband and I now bring our cars to Mastertech and won’t be looking back. They are incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and transparent. I originally came in for a VW-specific repair but also asked them to look at a couple of items my dealership had deemed “necessary,” including a complete brake job based on specific measurements. Not only did the team complete the needed repair quickly (even with having to order a part), but they also ran a thorough diagnostic, took precise measurements, performed in-depth inspections, and test drove the vehicle. This is a great shop with knowledgable techs who get your car diagnosed quickly and accurately and get it back to you fast. You really get what you pay for with these guys, and they are great at communicating timelines and costs. I have brought everything from my 2003 Miata to my 2017 Hyundai hybrid to them and they approach everything like experts.

These guys are the best! Took my Sequoia here to Bob and Rick, when Rick was the owner, and now my Porsche as well since Jayson took over. Honest, knowledgeable, experienced and fair and reasonable…and they always go out of their way to fit me in to their busy schedule and take care of me. We had such a great experience with Mastertech! My check engine light came on, and my car started sputtering when I tried to start it after getting gas. I called Mastertech, and Jayson immediately told me to come by so he could run the codes and get an idea of what was going on. When I arrived, he came right out to take a look and quickly found that vapor was leaking into the fuel line. He explained that it should be an easy fix and asked me to bring the car back first thing Monday morning since it was near closing time on Friday.
