I had a great experience at Mavis Tire thanks to Chris. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly without any pressure. Customer service like this is hard to find these days, and Chris truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled properly. The service was efficient, honest, and smooth from start to finish. I really appreciate the help and professionalism and will definitely be returning in the future. This place has been my go to for years. The crew here is so nice and always so professional. They don’t play games and shoot it straight. You can trust them which is rare in this biz. Lindsey particularly is always the one I deal with and always a friendly smiling face. I highly recommend this shop.

Mavis staff here on Larkfield are always wonderful to me. They value their customers, and always do their best to accommodate me when they can. I've been coming to this Mavis for everything from tires to oil changes to brakes and pads, etc for at least 6 years now. Eric has been in this east Northport location that whole time. He and his crew give white glove service every time. Great service, great prices, and will always do their best for the customer. I would never go anywhere else!

My experience today was amazing. Fast and friendly service when I had an emergency situation. Excellent pricing which is rare now a days. I definitely had an experience that was very possible and feel they went above and beyond what other car service companies do. I will definitely return here for future car needs!
