Mavis Discount Tire

I brought my car to this Mavis location after some winter-related same day shaking issues, and the service was outstanding. Michael, the shop service supervisor who assisted me most, was incredibly patient and knowledgeable he took the time to thoroughly inspect everything without rushing and explained it all clearly. Paul, the manager, was equally courteous, helpful, and very accommodating throughout. No pressure, just honest, expert advice and great customer care. I’m so impressed that I’m already planning to return for future work. Highly recommend this spot; thank you to Michael and Paul for going above and beyond!

Unbelievable experience better than the GMC dealership. I just had my four tires put on very professional very thorough. Nick and Mike were excellent. Get me in and out quick and service was exceptional. I would definitely recommend this place.

Had the pleasure of dealing with the service manager Michael J. I had an online coupon for oil change, and when I another service, he added on another coupon for the additional service. That small gesture exceeded my customer service expectations. What a great way to keep patrons as repeat customers. I also had my entire vehicle looked over, and not only were the additional problems shown to me, he also took the time to explain in detail what it meant and what was needed for it to be fixed. I felt no pressure and was very happy with my experience. And I did not have a long wait. Will definitely recommend this place. Thank you Michael J.

Had a great experience with Mike at Mavis! I had to go in for a quick tire patch, but he noticed that my rear shocks had to be replaced and even brought me in back to show me the problem. I very much appreciated the transparency and he was completely honest with how much that repair would be and was very friendly. I will definitely be back!
