I never write reviews, but I wanted to for this place! I had a suspension issue (that I put off for way too long after bad experiences with auto shops), but this place from the jump was efficient, quick, and very nice! They gave me an estimate the same day & fixed the car in under a day. I think their prices were reasonable and the work they did was definitely worth it. They even said to come back with any issues and they would help. I definitely would come to them again and recommend them to others after having a very smooth experience with them. I am writing my honest experience with Princeton Auto. I went there with my 2017 Toyota RAV4 because whenever I pressed the accelerator the RPM would go up but the engine didn’t respond properly. When I arrived, the person (owner) told me to come back the next morning. I went back, and he told me the diagnostic fee would be $110. I told him another shop only 2 miles away was charging $80, and the only reason I came here was because it was closer. He suddenly said, “ok give me $60 if you don’t want to do the job.” I dropped my car and later got a call from Omar saying my transmission is gone and I should change the fluid and “take a risk,” maybe it will work. Omar and his team are literally the best. I live at the meadows apartment complex and bring my car here for EVERYTHING. It’s affordable and Omar is so responsive over text, so quick with work.
