Beware: First, they tried to rip me off 1,100 for transmission fluid exchange. What is said on phone to you regarding part/service fixed is different than paperwork-they don’t go over it with you and will have clueless cashier give you paperwork. Parts were NOT actually replaced on my car as stated as well. Every time my car came here it would leave with new issues including their master tech driving my car erratically and breaking my suspension. Lots of FRAUD here! Service advisor does not return phone calls while car is in for service for days due to being “busy” but service advisor is on her cell phone every time I would walk in. I dropped my car to this service center for services since I owned my car (over 10+ years) because I trusted their reputation and quality of works. Recently, my wife was told by their technicians to replace the air conditioning compressor and paid $2700+ and they provided one free oil and filter change service as complimentary service on next visit. Couple days later, my wife went back for window regulator service and claimed for the free oil and filter change service and paid $700+. When she got home, I checked the oil and filter and found that they were same old dirty oil and filter. I was very disappointed with their services. It is not the money matter. Went there to get my Qx60 serviced this morning. The first person to arrive at the service center was Christopher Jue, he presented himself in such a professional manner. If great customer service was a person, it would Christopher, he had me in and out in no time. This is why I come from New York to Ramsey Infiniti in New Jersey. Keep up the excellent work service department.
