Mavis Discount Tire

When I say excellent service, I really mean exceptional! Martin was absolutely awesome. I caught a flat at night and had to tow my car to Mavis. The next morning, Martin called me right away and reassured me that they’d take care of my car like it was their own. That meant a lot to me. By the time I got off work, my tire was fixed and everything was ready to go. The whole experience was just extraordinary. If you ever need help with your tires, I can’t recommend this place enough—they’ll truly take care of you!

They have taken care of several cars for my family and are always competitively priced (I call around, even to BJS and Costco). They realized they forget to apply a $25 deposit my son made for a tire to be ordered and I didn't notice. They called a week later soooooo apologetic and sweet. The staff is always absolutely professional and kind.

What a frustrating waste of time and money. Don’t get me wrong- Martin and Maury were both kind and tried to be understanding and helpful. Unfortunately, the attention to detail at both this and the Butler location is not sufficient. When a store screws up and damages your car or causes enormous inconveniences, some refund or retention effort should be made. I have had most of my major car service and repair done at Mavis for 5 years now. I emailed corporate about a frustrating experience at Butler- no answer. This time I made an appointment for 3 new tires (after a flat was recently replaced). I let them know when I called that I had a negative experience recently at their neighboring store in Butler. They said they’d be glad to service my vehicle and ensure it was done in a satisfactory

They did a great job with my Tesla mounting 4 wheels and tires, however when my mom took hers for a quick tire patch they told her they couldn’t perform a patch on a Tesla and that she needed a new $200 tire. She called me and I told her to run..she ran right to ETD in Kinnelon and they patched it for $10. So, as a 35 year old man they took care of me properly, as far as my 70 year old mother, not so great. Use this information however you please.

Martin V. was amazing. From the initial phone call which instantly convinced me to use this location. His knowledge, professionalism and courteous nature sealed the deal. This is now my location for all my vehicles and my family's vehicles. I will recommend him to my lodge Brothers /G\.
