I had Devon replace a water pump on my daughter’s car. Unfortunately, his team failed to properly burp the cooling system, which caused the car to blow a gasket and resulted in severe engine damage requiring a full replacement. When I tried to discuss this issue with Devon, he was extremely disrespectful and mean-spirited toward my daughter. Despite my 42 years of military service, Devon hung up on me when I asked to speak with his manager. To make matters worse, management refused to take our calls. This was by far the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered in my career. I doubt David or Stephen were aware of Devon’s unacceptable behavior. I do not recommend any military member—or anyone, for that matter—use this service. They completely ignore calls and show no account

Horrible customer service and not living up to its warranty!!! I paid more than $1000 to get my brakes changes at an NTBS (Mavis) location in Porter, TX about a month ago. At the time I was told that I could go to any NTBS (Mavis) location in the nation. Today, I heard grinding when braking and took it to my nearest NTBS (Mavis) location. I was refused service. I was told that the mechanics at this location would not get paid for the work, so I needed to go back to the location it was originally completed. I asked for the manager who refused to provide me service and was told her name is "J". Asked for a card and was given this generic business card. Now, I'm headed 50 miles on possibly bad breaks to just get the brakes checked. What is the point of going to a national brand?? If the

Bad service, tire mechanic is lazy, instead of patching, he just plugged it, worst service
