The people at this location are really friendly. I went in to talk about a new set of tires and was assisted by Rico. I told him I needed something budget friendly but reliable. He gave me my options from good to best. Listening to him I went with the middle one. Thank you Rico for helping a little old lady. I appreciate your kindness and expertise. I will be back whenever I need anything fixed. Make sure you guys keep him around because he’s friendly, patient and very knowledgeable. Ask for Rico people you won’t be disappointed.

Stopped by Mavis Tires & Brakes with a flat tire and no appointment. Rico was super friendly and went out of his way to help us right away. Kevin fixed the tire quickly and efficiently. Really appreciated the great service and positive attitude. Would definitely recommend this location.

Lisa the store manager had some of the BEST customer service Ive ever experienced. She is very knowledgeable of the products Mavis has and answered all the questions a girl can ask lol. She made sure all my needs were met and my panic mood went from a 10 to a 1! Thank you Lisa, we need more kind people like you.

Went in looking for specific brand and model of tires a few months ago but they didn’t have it in stock in this store. That didn’t stop them, the store employee went above and beyond to find them from a different store, personally went to pick it up from that store and had it installed. This is the true meaning of customer service and glad it is still around at places like this. Mavis, keep it up!

Mavis on Marketplace Boulevard has great service Rico and Lisa in particular were quite professional I have done business with this Mavis before I need two tires for a trailer that I brought back from AL late Sunday evening they were able to price me two tires that I could afford and they had them put on within 30 minutes, I was grateful for that. They are my go to shop. I will recommend them if you need professional people at a reasonable price.
