Staff were pleasant and even covered the patch cost, but communication was lacking, the wait was long, and my Jeep still feels shaky after the alignment. Brad was amazing! He got my tire fixed/plugged as quickly as he could and made sure I knew to come back if I had any issues! 10/10 recommend!

Amazing customer service. I had a flat tire and a long way from home. Brandy walked to Sheetz to help me and advised me to bring it to the shop. Jim helped change my tire toy spare and even taught my 16 year old son how to do it while he was at it. I couldn't have been more blessed by these people! More than 5 stars if you need friendly service from people who care. This is the place!

The team here is outstanding! This is my second time popping in for a last minute tire repair (darn nails in the road) and the team handled everything professionally and quickly. I’m definitely a customer for life! 10 out of 10 service!
