I got a flat on the way to the airport at 5am and had my car towed to Mavis tire. Since I had to catch that flight I left the car in their parking lot and called the next morning. They totally took good care of my car until I came back from my trip. Thanks again for your accommodating me and for your excellent service

Friendly, efficient, and professional. I had my brakes and shocks replaced, and even though there were a few hiccups due to a faulty part, Quinn took accountability and fixed the problem. Would come back again in the future. A small suggestion would be to clean off some corrosion from the wheel and hub which only takes 30 seconds but may prevent any vibrations.

LADIES, AVOID THIS PLACE! I am a furloughed government worker and came down to Hillsborough to visit my parents. We decided to try out Mavis Tire and Brakes, but I sorely regret the entire experience as it took up a day and a half of shenanigans trying to get them to correct installation mistakes on a simple tire change, alignment, and brake replacement. Not only did Mavis Tire improperly install my brake pads, they also lied about my car's brake pad measurements, lied about performing services which I requested and paid for, and constantly gaslit me when I told them I was experiencing problems after they had released the car to me. I drove my car 500 miles down from Virginia and didn't experience any problems until after Mavis Tire touched it. They did not review their own work and let

Very professional and efficient service. The technician walked me through what he did and pointed out a potential issue with my brake pads. He wasn’t concerned at the moment but wanted me to keep an eye on it in case I start noticing anything unusual. At any other shop, they would make the issue sound much worse than it actually is and tried to push a brake pad replacement. I appreciate the honesty here,I trust this place and will definitely come back.
