I had a great experience here. They were able to take me in without a long wait and gave me a very fair price for the work. The team was professional, helpful, and made the whole process easy. It’s hard to find honest shops these days, but this one definitely earned my trust. I will be coming back and recommending them to others.

I have been to the Deerfield Dr. Mavis 2 times recently for separate concerns with my vehicle, and both times they have been absolutely amazing! All services I've needed have been extremely efficient. Bill is always extremely friendly and communicative so you're never left wondering what is happening with your vehicle. He made sure I didn't feel pressured to agree to repairs or services immediately. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a no-nonsense estimate who values good open communication throughout their service and excellent prices! I will definitely be returning!

Had to get a tire stem change in a hurry, and not only did Curtis get us in and out in no time, he even helped us out with another tire issue we were having and saved our day totally. This place is way better than NTB was and I recommend anyone having tire and battery issues come give them some business. You won't be disappointed.

Honestly I can’t give any stars. I came in to get my alignment checked and the guy there handed me my keys back so quick and told me to basically take my car back to where I got it from (in my mind I felt he turned down services for me) . I came in willing to pay whatever to just get my car fix and to leave not getting fixed knowing they could fix it there was really upsetting and the fact someone recommended me to go there and get treated how I did was not ok. Not returning there if that’s how employees treat customers. Very disappointing!

From one service manager to the next, nick and his crew in janesville did an excellent job in both ordering, scheduling, and servicing my ride. Will definitely recommend. Will absolutely come back again.
