Very professional. I worked with the manager Don. My car rear tire had a large nail. They put a patch on (instead of a plug). He explained the process, why one is better than the other, and the team was professional, courteous, and transparent with me which I appreciated. I would recommend this place and come back here again for my vehicle needs.

Came to this shop twice now. Both times the employees were nice and quick to get with us. Any questions we had they answered really well, and they were transparent about what they were doing at every step. If they found issues that needed to be handled they let us know and gave us the option to handle it if we wanted. Even going so far as to show us exactly what they were looking at. It was such a smooth process from start to finish and this is definitely a place I will continue bringing my car to. They make sure to take care of me as a customer as well as taking care of my car like it was their own.

Great experience with Rey! I came in to get my tire stem replaced and the service was quick (shout out to Nathaniel) and professional. The staff was friendly and got me back on the road in no time. Truly was in a crisis , tire was totally on flat. I came here and met Don (the manager) he definitely made my day easier by helping me with not only one but all four of my tires ! I came in for a small job, and I left with all my problems and concerns resolved! Mr. Don and his crew at this particular NTB have remarkable knowledge about tire care and extraordinary customer service. Everything went great, and I wasn’t even there long.
