Had my vehicle serviced and had a great experience by a young man by the name of Ashton. Great customer service and knowledgable . Provided service that will make me go back to this location. Definately ask for Ashton.

I went to Marvis because my ABS light was on. I was greeted right away by Ashton, confirming my appointment time. Within an hour I received a phone call with what needed to be replaced and with my approval they could have the parts in the morning. By 12:30 p.m. the next day it was ready for pickup. The ABS light was off, and it had been test driven. Ashton, again greeted me and showed me my original part (hub bearing) they replaced. It definitely needed to be replaced, full of corrosion, rust and parts breaking off. The drop off, diagnosis abd ready time was exceptional. I called and made an appointment for the next day, it was diagnosed right away, and ready for pickup sooner than I expected for it being a weekend. Customer Service was 5 stars!

Wonderful help with communicating with me about how my vehicle was doing throughout the process. Kyle especially was a great help and highly recommend going to this location for car services and having him inspect and work on the vehicle. Thank you so much Kyle for recommending and helping me, definitely will be returning. 10/10 service

Tonight I experienced the best customer service I have received in a very long time. Earlier my tire light was on. I attempted to put air in my tire at multiple places and more air came out. Around 5:30pm I stopped at Mavis praying someone nice would be able to assist me. Once I saw the garage door open (although I could tell they would be closing soon), I saw a young man (Demetri) and asked if he could assist me with air for my tire. He happily agreed and told me to pull up. Demetri was so nice and professional. He told me the amount of air needed in my tires and where to find the tire information. When I asked his name he smiled told me his name and shook my hand. I honestly hope this review gets to upper management because this is how great customer service used to be. I have been to

Pete the manager was fantastic. I called a couple minutes before they closed. My car battery died and I needed to get jump started. Pete said that he would wait for me. He did! They had the mechanic wait and had me in and out in 15 minutes. They were so helpful, courteous and professional. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would!
