Cole and Jacob were fast and very professional during my visit today. I came in for a four-wheel alignment and was quickly informed that my vehicle only needed a small adjustment. Instead of charging me the full price, they made the minor tweaks and only charged me 50%. They explained that they didn’t feel right charging for a full alignment when it wasn’t necessary. I would have never known the difference if they hadn’t been honest about it. Their transparency and commitment to doing the right thing really stood out to me. Because of that, I will absolutely be returning for any future service needs. Highly recommend!

Great service by the team there, specifically Amanda and Jacob. They evaluated the condition of my brakes and were honest that it didn’t need any work and therefore I didn’t need to be charged for it. I appreciate their work and integrity. They will have my business for all future brakes and tires needs!

Michael and Amanda greeted me when I entered Mavis. They answered many questions about my tires that were replaced and my spare tire. They were quick and efficient with their service. They provided information on the warranty for the tires and future repair work that will need to be done with my shocks and struts. They also gave me information and assistance with applying for the in-store card. This Mavis was referred to me by a friend and is now my #1 tire and repair place. Michael and Amanda gave me stellar service and I will be recommending this Mavis and their entire team to my friends and coworkers. They are definitely 5 stars!

We were traveling from out of town when our alternator failed and were referred to this Mavis Tire location. We’re so glad we were. Michael and Amanda were welcoming, professional, and went above and beyond by even storing our cold groceries for us. Bill, the service technician, did excellent work, and the pricing was fair. We drove an hour and a half home with the car running like new. The outstanding service alone makes this location worth returning to in the future.
