The standing manager was courteous and polite. He was presentable in his uniform and appearance. The technician Joshua was most excellent with his communication skills. This makes my 2nd time stopping in and I will continue to go here because they are super nice and friendly. Plus the manger didn’t try and upsell me on the fact that my transmission fluid was very dirty he just advised to keep an eye on it as my car is older.

Appreciated the extreme professionalism! For safety, they each called out what and when they were doing something. They explained everything to me. They quickly expedited getting me a windshield wiper by having it delivered timely from a store just down the road. They explained everything to me. Also was glad to get a coupon in the mail. They told me also that they would match any competitors price.

I am highly satisfied and impressed with my see we service yesterday. The manager greeted me kindly. The staff that serviced my car were knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. This now my new location for my car service needs. I’m glad I stopped by. Thank you guys at the North Augusta location.

I had my oil changed a few weeks ago and had the best service. These guys are top of the line friendly and worked well together. They had wiper blades too that they changed for me. 100% recommend and sending my daughter there today to have it changed

I needed an oil change Christmas week before planned travel and my usual tire/repair shop could not take me without me leaving the car for the day. I shop Kroger and pass this place all the time, so I gave it a shot. I was very happy with the team's performance and their smiles. If I have no need for repairs or my tire rotation, I can see coming here again. Pricing is comparable and the wait is short. Much thanks to them, hope their Christmas was good and their 2026 is good to them also. Thanks!
