Totally unexpected Outstanding experience getting an oil change. The greeting was wonderful with a bottle the of water given to me and it was done by other me sitting in my car. I got to see the technician work as an amazing Team. Cody and the team kept me informed during the entire process!! Well Done Team! God Bless you and yes it was affordable!! I had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change, especially thanks to Willie. He was friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly without trying to upsell or rush me. The service was quick, efficient, and I felt confident my car was in good hands the entire time. It’s always nice to be helped by someone who actually cares about doing a good job. Wow, these guys and ladies are the epitome of excellence and professionalism. After meeting the owner it’s comes as no surprise that their operations are so detailed and proficient. Prices are reasonable and no manipulation what so ever. Such a refreshing encounter of business and kindness. I’ll come back 100 times for all the services they offer.

Had a really great experience. Matt was super attentive and respectful. When I was there, a disgruntled customer was leaving. He was calling names and dropping cuss words. Things got a little heated but the crew at take 5 did an excellent job de-escalating the situation and maintained a respectful tone despite the outburst. Matt did a great job making sure I felt comfortable and apologized for the early morning show. I will definitely be back.

I want to thank All of the Staff for a wonderful experience and all the laughs. I went to them yesterday on east martintown rd in North Augusta S.C. I had my oil change then they replaced the air filter after showing it to me because it was really bad and I felt bad because it got the one of the worker's dirty then we laughed about it. then they mentioned about the coolant flush and after the discount they offered I knew it needed all of it done. They didn't pressure me like most places or rush me they explained everything to me they were a very professional and they worked very well together. They had me laughing and honestly they made my day better than it was going before I got there. It was so much better than when I went to the one in Aiken S.C. I was told by the manager at this one t
