Johnathan at Mavis Tires & Brakes was extremely helpful. My car was making noises and no one could figure out the problem, but he took the time to find what was going on. Even though it wasn’t something they repair, he was honest and helped me take pictures to show a mechanic. Great customer service and someone who truly cares.

The service was fast and efficient, and the waiting area was clean and comfortable. My car drives smoother than ever, and I really appreciate their attention to detail and fair pricing. It’s hard to find honest auto shops these days, but this place definitely earned my trust. I highly recommend this tire shop to anyone looking for quality work and excellent customer service. Great customer service from Nate which seems to be hard to find at the chain tire and break shops sometimes! I asked for an alignment, and they informed me I didn’t really need one, where most places would have charged me and I wouldn’t have known the difference. Was in and out in 45 mins for a rotation and lament check. Will definitely be coming back

He listened to my Jeep needs and took care of the situation within an hour. This is my first time at Mavis Tire but it won’t be my last. I had to excellent service, performed in a timely manner.
