I had an amazing experience at Mavis Tire, and it was all because of Austin! From the moment I walked in, he was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood my options without feeling pressured. Austin went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was taken care of quickly and efficiently. His customer service was top-tier, and you can tell he truly cares about doing the job right. I will absolutely be recommending Mavis to all of my peers and when I do, I’ll be telling them to come in and ask for my guy Austin.

Eagles Landing- I went for an Oil change and a Wheel Alignment on 12/28/25. I got my SUV was ready but they didn’t do the wheel alignment. I gave them the keys back. They call me again to tell it was ready. They have done my alignment. I drove SUV. And had to take it back Tuesday 12/30/25. The Manager ask me did they give me picture before and after. I told him no. Guess what. They didn’t even do the Wheel Alignment . (Red)The top is what they supposed to have done.(Green ) The bottom is what they had to correct. Thanks to the Manager QUA. Will investigate who didn’t do the job on 12/28/25.

I’ve been impressed with these guys. Been bringing a few cars to them that have some needs. They’re very prompt and communicate very effectively about timeline. I really appreciate that because these cars need to get out on the road and not sit in the shop for days. Car is usually out same day. Pricing reasonable. They’re very clear about what they’re doing. The experience with two other shops locally has been dramatically different, which is why I gave Mavis a try and now this is my third different car that I’m bringing here. Most of the area gives you the we’re too busy and I’m so sorry routine when they don’t call you back for days about your car. These guys are on it. Completely different program here. Well run, super professional, very respectful staff.

Hands down the most kind, courteous and amazing service ever. Shredded tire on 75 South called everywhere and was turned down. Called Mavis explained what happened and they said “No Problem come on in”. They had my tire changed in 10 min flat and it was just about closing time. Thank you so much for saving the day!

The absolute best experience ever! I had to go to this location because another location failed to complete a job. I had gone back twice for them to try to extort more money from me. Tommy was the mechanic and he was awesome. He repaired my car quickly and correctly! Qua and Ashton were also very kind. They understood my frustration and assisted me immediately. I highly recommend this location and ONLY this location! Thank you so much guys, your kind and honest gestures are greatly appreciated.
