Max-Bilt Off Road

Ordered a switch panel blank for my Max-Bilt center console back in Nov of 2024 and still haven’t got it. Have called multiple times and they never get back to me about it or issue a refund. Love the center console, but customer service is horrible.

Very knowledgeable and professional repair & maintence shop. They've returned my Subaru rural mail carrier car back to a safe, reliable vehicle I can drive with confidence. They have my loyalty and respect. Never felt patronized or talked down to regarding questions or concerns. Would highly recommend.

Took my truck in for Fluid Film rustproofing undercoating. It's over an hour drive from my house to get here, so I'm not local. Easy to make an appointment, friendly and welcoming people, cushy, comfy chairs in the waiting area (you'll fall asleep if you're tired), free Keurig coffee, and I was back on the road with a rustproofed truck in just over the stated 2 hours. I've been here twice, two years apart, 2023 and 2025, for the same service, and it took the same amount of time both times, almost to the minute. I highly recommend this place. Low key, casual atmosphere and great service. I already have a reminder in my phone calendar to call them in two years for my third visit.

While we were on a vacation road trip, we had a break down/brake down that really confused the on board computer disabling the Jeep. Phil came with a trailer, picked us up and provided us a loaner to finish our vacation. While we were relaxing, the crew at Max-Bilt got everything sorted and road ready! THANKS FOR SAVING OUR VACATION and getting us back on the road! Awesome service from great people!

They changed their warranty on these taillights and from what I can tell it's because it's a very poor product. Mine failed 3 times already, no bad decisions involved they just dont last.
