Dean is great, this would have gotten 5 stars but they fired Lily. Way to go maxi. Either way, good quality affordable parts, and great service even tho they are constantly getting pummeled with phone calls . Highly recommended!

I purchased a power steering pump that had a core charge, when I went to return the core they refused to give me the core charge back. Sighting that the core had to be rebuild-able. They also made it sound like I had applied heat to it when trying to remove it. I was not told that when the purchase was made nor was it on any of the paper work that i received. When I explained that to the clerk I was told I was being very rude and that she thought that I always had an attitude when I came in there. Staff is not courteous at all. All of this over a $19 dollar core charge
