We broke down on a cross country trip and limped in to Maxwell Auto. The crew took great care of us. They were thorough and communicated well and got us safely back on the road in good time. If we had to break down we're thankful it was here!

These guys are great! Diagnosed a misfire on my A3 in a matter of minutes, Matt and Simeon had me in and out in less than half an hour and kept me from being stranded on a long road trip. Highly, highly recommended for all your Euro car needs.

Just recently, another shop (NOT Maxwell Auto) did maintenance on my wife's KIA and installed the incorrect spark plugs and did not set them correctly. We took the car, when it started to barely run, to Maxwell Auto and they accessed what was wrong and had the car repaired in a couple of days and the only reason it took that long, they were waiting for parts. It takes a while just get your car worked on at Maxwell Auto, but that is because everyone wants to take their car there and that is because THEY ARE EXPERTS in the Automotive Field!
