Been in business with these giys 10+ years. Usually very dependable, today they were not. When I arrived I mentioned to the worker and boss problems I was having with my tires. His 1st response was “Im not a mechanic” but sooke to me on the phone and said he’d take a look if I brung it in. Paid them $80 to Balance my tires. 10 mins after paying and leaving my car was undriveable. The boss’s response was “take it to a mechanic. (While the tires he just fixed were SMOKING IN HIS FACE.) this was the end result of the job they did. My car broke down a mile away from Mayas Tire shop. The business I received today was unacceptable and unprofessional and highly unexpected after being a Valid customer the last 10 years. Had to get my car towed 27 miles home. Really bad service and bad attitude of the “owner” this guy with glasses all mean,This dude be acting like he is doing things for free,when he is offering a service!,you are supposed to HELP THATS YOUR JOB THATS WHY WE GO TO PLACES LIKE THIS SUPPOSEDLY THEY KNOW MORE AND THEY WILL HELP YOU,I WASNT ASKING JUST FOR A BETTER ADVICE BUT I FEEL THEY ARE JUST LAZY AND DONT WANT TO WORK.FOR ALL THE LADYS AND GIRLS DONT GO HERE THE WORST TREATMENT I HAVE EVER RECEIVED.

I don't live close to Aurora but bring my car here because of the great service. They are honest and skilled mechanics. Just make sure you come in early because it's first come first serve and there is definitely competitive demand because of how great they are.

I started going here when I needed 1 used tire and now I consider them my regular mechanic. Super trustworthy and great work for a fair price. The thought of having car issues was so much more stressful before I found Maya Tire. So grateful for them.

Diagnosed starter issue replaced on 2013 KIA also changed tire charged battery on my 97 Chevy p/u both towed in sub-zero temp mechanic and tire service very prompt helpful staff reasonable prices. 01-25-22
