The worst customer service ever. I’ve been going here for over 10 years. I’ve bought 3 cars here. I had an emergency warning come up on my dashboard. The service mechanic told me to bring it immediately. I arrived at 3:30 on a Friday. Service girl said the technician left and she scheduled me for Monday morning (10:30). I dropped off the car in front Sunday night and left a message where I put the key. Monday morning at 8, no call. I called at 9, 9:30, 10, 11. I reached out to customer service. They apologized for dropping the ball and would get to work on it immediately. Mazda never called. Someone finally picked up at 2. They returned my call at 4pm!!!! They said they would have it done by 7 but couldn’t pick me up to get it because everyone left for the day. I only wish negative

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE! Worst service I have ever had. If i could, I would give them 0 stars for incompetence and plain rudeness. First I ordered a part by placing my VIN number in the system. After the order had gone through, they automatically cancelled my order without asking first due to them wanting me to buy a part that was 4 times as expensive and said that sorry our website had the wrong part listed Then when I ordered again, they cancelled my order and said it was an accident. They do not pick up phone calls. Their website looks like it was made by a seven year old and they have no decency whatsoever in order to make it up to their customers. You're better off getting a part from anywhere else. It'll let you save money as well as the hassle with dealing with these people.

I did receive the parts I ordered, so that is not the issue. I was told upon ordering that it would be 2-4 day for delivery. Well it took 2 weeks and trying to get someone to email me the status was extremely difficult. As well there is a 12.95 flat shipping rate which is ridiculous considering that the parts I ordered were a pound at best. My suggestion is to find someplace else to get your parts.

upon ordering the part it was to be shipped in two days. After not receiving the item in 2 weeks I called and there comment was that they had the part they were just waiting for a box to ship it in. This is to my understanding a parts department and this is there business. Unbelievable. It was a seat cover that would have been sent in a large envelope. When it finally came it was in a box that could have shipped 2 40 lb bags of dog food.

What a joke. I ordered parts from their "webstore." A week later I get an email saying my order is being canceled because their shipper can't deliver the part without it being damaged. I've sent several emails asking them to please pack it better and ship the parts. Each email was ignored. Why do they list a part for sale and then cancel the order when someone orders it? Sounds like a bad business plan. Why do you ignore emails? Because customer service is a joke with these guys.
