This location is a hidden gem!!! The best customer service in the mechanics industry!! I have never experienced the kindness, thoughtfulness, patience and attention to detail. I almost don't want to review because it will pack out this shop... BUT TODAY... THEY WERE AMAZING! Brandon was on the phone forever trying to get a part for a pregnant customer to make sure she was taken care of and safe. I am so impressed with this location. I made my appointment and the car was pulled in immediately upon my arrival... They have a coffee stand and water... I'm in heaven! Just had to shout out excellence when it happens!!!

Took my recently purchased 2023 E53 AMG to MBT for a post-purchase inspection and Service A. Kevin and the shop was easy to work with, transparent about everything they found, and didn’t try to upsell me on unnecessary work. They documented the inspection clearly, serviced the car properly, corrected an oil overfill, and confirmed there were only minor items to address.
