I had a great experience with this Smog Check location. It took about 15-20 minutes to complete once the technician, Jeff, took my car in the garage. The total was $40 for a 2013 car. During the process he was very kind and even explained some of the process (and how newer cars have sensors that check the oxygen levels before and after the carburetor), when I asked him some questions about the test. There was 1 car in front of me so I did have to wait, I would recommend coming during less busy times (during the work day or maybe even during lunch). Thank you Jeff for an easy Smog Check Process!

For only $40 and the inspector did a very thorough job of checking my car from IL to be registered in CA. He was friendly and gave me a copy of the paperwork and sent it direvtly to the DMV. I was able to register no problem. There was an adorable pet bird that was fun to watch while waiting. It's next to a Jaguar repair shop which is neat to see the old Jags. This was a nice little shop and I will be back for sure.

GO HERE! Skip the other shops. This place was fast, easy, reasonably priced. I travelled to 5 shops in area, which either said open on google at 8:30 (it was 9am) and were not open. MC Auto Smog was open, I was next, and it was pretty quick! A+ great service, and friendly. GET YOUR SMOG HERE AND SAVE TIME AND MONEY :)

I had a great experience getting my car smog checked here. The process was quick, smooth, and super professional. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly knew what he was doing. What really stood out, though, was the extra effort he put in — after the test, he actually went the extra mile and let me know that my car had an open dealer recall I wasn’t even aware of. It’s rare to find someone who not only does their job well but also takes the time to look out for you like that. I really appreciated the honesty and attention to detail. If you’re looking for a trustworthy spot for your smog check, this is the place. I’ll definitely be coming back for future inspections!
