McBride Pro Lube

Ever since McBride took over this location, I have not been able to get my oil changed, nor do I think I want to now. Hours shown online do not match with hours they actually work...ever. They act like they don't care for your business, and there are cars everywhere. I used to go there exclusively, since it was fast, friendly, and cheaper, but so much for friendly. Wouldn't know about fast or the price, since I can't get my oil changed, no matter when I go.

I had my oil changed there about 2 months ago and it was the fastest oil change I’ve ever had. No appointment needed and the staff was extremely friendly. Well, a couple of weeks ago as I was driving down Johnson I noticed that something underneath my car was making an awful dragging sound so I pulled into their parking lot and asked them to take a look at it. Without hesitation Mr. McBride asked me to pull in and his coworker went straight to work. They informed me that the under guard for my motor had broken off and they took it off for me. When they finished I thanked them and asked how much did I owe them. Mr. McBride quickly stated that I didn’t owe them a dime. That blew my mind because no one does anything for free anymore. Very quick, the guys are cool and won't bother you by trying to constantly upsell. They're trying to get you out as soon as they can. Also, I called around and only 1 place was cheaper for conventional oil and they were slammed.

Wonderful service!!! Got me in and out quick! Gerald was very knowledgeable and understanding. The price of the oil change was very reasonable.

I suggest that nobody does business here they all about money and trying to rip people off by saying somethings wrong with your vehicle and its not if you do choose to use them you better get a second opinion they wanted to charge me over $300 for stuff that wasnt even wrong with my truckwent somewhere else and got it fixed for $ 114 you have been warned
