I rarely write reviews ever but if you're going to get your car body repaired, please do it here. I had no faith in the timeliness and insurance process of getting my Mazda fixed, but Jason completely flipped that around and explained the entire process with accuracy and was the best liaison to the insurance company I was dealing with. He obviously takes his job seriously and does it with a passion.

Huge shoutout to the entire team . The outstanding customer service when I first walked into the doors was enough to let me know my car was in safe hands. Payman was top tier as well, he communicated well and truly made me feel comfortable during this situation. Again thank you to everyone !

I truly can't say enough about David( collision manager). The first time he met us, was with a handshake and smile. He walked us to the office and we went through the process of a what to expect with a total loss vehicle. During the process David and Jason have been amazing! They truly make you feel like family!

Jason was outstanding from start to finish. Being 66 years old and not having to file a claim with another person's insurance for the last 30 years, things have certainly changed. Jason took the time to explain the process and kept me up to date on what needed to be done. On the days that he was off, his associate Payman answered all of my questions and returned my phone calls keeping me up to date on the repairs and the claim process. Their work quality was outstanding, as well as their customer service. Going forward, I will not take any of my vehicles anywhere but McCarthy Collision Center in Blue Spring, Mo.

I had someone rear end me and needed body work on my newer Genesis GV80. I went through insurance and the whole process was absolutely seamless through McCarthy. Communication is huge to me and they made sure I was informed every step of the way. My car came back looking back to factory new and I’m pleased with my whole experience here. I recommend everyone go here and I’ll definitely be back if I have to get body work done in the future.
