First Rate Lawn Service. I own a landscaping company with lot of trucks. Previously, I relied on another well-known auto glass provider; however, their prices became expensive. After being referred to this company, I found their rates to be very reasonable. The technicians, Mike and Evan, performed excellent work, and they were just good people.

I had a great experience at McConnell Auto Glass. They responded quickly over email with a quote and after shopping around, had the cheapest price for a windshield replacement in the area while also having the best reviews. I was able to schedule an appointment the next day after calling. The whole install took a few hours at their shop and seems to be great work. I would recommend supporting this local business instead of going to the big chain corporation auto glass shops.

Sadly, I cannot recommend this auto glass repair shop. My wife initially used McConnell’s about 1.5 years ago for a windshield replacement. At that time, the process seemed fairly smooth. We requested an OEM windshield, and the shop stated they were able to get it approved through GEICO without issue, claiming it was the only available option. Due to backorder issues, it took over six months for the windshield to arrive, but once it did, the installation appeared to be done well with no immediate problems. About six months later, my wife got a small chip in the windshield while driving on the highway. She returned to McConnell’s and was told the chip was small enough to be repaired.
