I had a great experience purchasing a used RAV4 at McDonald Toyota Fort Morgan. Everardo and the rest of his team was easy to work with. He was knowledgeable about the car we were looking at and had answers to all of our questions. I think they were honest and transparent about everything. The finance department seemed invested in finding us the best deal they could. There were a few dents and scratches around the body of the car so we worked out a deal for them to hold onto the car to fix this. They offered to deliver the car to me later in the week when they’re finished with it.To be honest, it makes me a little bit nervous buying the car before the dents and scratches are fixed, but I have no reason to believe they won’t do a great job fixing up the car after the positive experience I h

McDonald Toyota Fort Morgan was a breath of fresh air when it came to finding the specific car we were looking for. It was not easy and took some time but they got us into the exact RAV4 hybrid we were looking for. Andi was great and was the first one we talked to and dealt with, but it was clear that it was a team effort and everyone did awesome keeping us updated with the car and the process. Andi was really great to work with. Over the few months I looked for a car, Andi was so responsive. When I was ready to commit, Andi was the only person and McDonald Toyota was the only dealer to go and find me the right car for me. Seriously, other dealers told me it didn't exist or was already sold (when it was online), and Andi found me the right car so quickly. It almost felt surreal. When the car was on the lot, I drove out to Ft. Morgan and everything was exactly as we had discussed. My nerves were alleviated and I drove off a happy person!
