I had a pretty good experience with these folks. I got their number from the Ford dealership after two other companise fell through because "it's rush hour". My tow guy showed up within 10 minutes as promised, he jumped my car then towed it to the dealership like I originally requested. He was polite and businesslike. Can't ask for anything more.
