They done a fantastic job repairing my vehicle, I will go back there if I ever need repairs in the future, I have used them previously on another vehicle, they are great , professionals at their job

If i could post a negative star review for this place, i would, in an instant. I brought my 2024 Crosstrek in for an oil change and tire rotation, and when I got it back and it looked like it had been towel dried after their car wash with a dirty towel, scratches all over. I brought it back for them to fix the damage they caused, and they did such a terrible rushed job. they didn't tape off any trim pieces to protect them from the buffer, they didn't even bother to clean the car prior to buffing it! they ground tar, dirt, and bugs into the paint. Their body shop manager Kyle M. created a fraudulent service report and used pictures of a different vehicle entirely to attempt to deny responsibility, he altered damage to try to claim it was prior damage. I filed a complaint with the Illinois

Excellent customer service. Patrick was very helpful and used transparent communication. I am very happy with quality of my repairs. Would recommend.

I would rate a 5 star however you only have one Patrick and he is a 5 STAR all day long. He kept me fully informed about my vehicle, he delivered on his word, and kept all of his promises even running interference for those employees who were happy to brush me off and have me wait two additional days for my vehicle. Patrick quickly learned of the misinformation given me and corrected it. My vehicle looks perfect and I was put at ease by one person, PATRICK. Thank You Patrick, you are one in a million and you make McLaughlin Motors stand out.

We are very pleased with the bodywork we had done at McLaughlin Body shop on our White Honda CRV. The drivers door was vandalized and their repair work and matching white paint was excellent
