Speed & Floyd's

Took my car here for the first time in November after getting sideswiped and needing minor damages fixed. Speed and Floyd's was great, they got me scheduled as soon as they could and handled any insurance things on their end as they made repairs. Even with dropping my car off on a short week because of the holiday, they still had it done within the estimated timeframe. Office staff was great and friendly and answered any questions I had. Would highly recommend Speed and Floyd's to anyone needing repairs!

We dropped off our car with the promise of repair in a couple weeks and they finished it within one week! It looks amazing! They also worked with insurance and all we had to do was drop off the car and pick it up once it was done. All quotes were met or exceeded. If we ever need a body shop again we will definitely use Speed and Floyd!

Best customer service! They will figure it out no matter how complicated the situation may be. I have brought 3 of my cars to them and was never disappointed. It even comes back cleaner than you left it. I can't come up with a complaint if I tried.

My right mirror was replaced and it looked like they peeled the chip guard off the old one and stuck it on the new one. It’s lifting at the corners and just looks nasty, I brought it to their attention and they hopefully will put a new one on when I have to go back which leads me to the next issue. Upon entering the store to pick up my car, the man said “oh did Melissa call you” of which she did not and he then told me that I had to come back in 2 months and leave my car for a day possibly longer for the hood and fender chip guard to be put on. I WAS SHOCKED that my car was there for a week and they did not put the chip protectors on. Instead he told me that the paint takes TWO MONTHS to cure. Which sounds ridiculous because I know when I bought the car with it it was not sitting in a wear

Said the we’re going to replace bedside cause it was mangled, instead they pounded out the dents and filled with bondo, the whole bedside is caved in at least a inch after their “repair” , the bed no longer matches the cab on that side of the truck, absolutely the worst body shop in the quad cities by far!! They are absolute hacks!!!
