RTA Repair

Service date: 1/27. I went to RTA for a quote to repair a leaking oil pan on my 2018 F-150. Their quote was much lower than the dealership. They replaced the pan with an improved part. They also diagnosed and fixed a problem with my steering wheel buttons that I mentioned but I didn't expect to be corrected on that visit. They fixed it while waiting for the oil pan parts to be delivered. They worked with my extended warranty provider and both repairs were covered. I was very happy with the service and how quickly they performed the repairs. They exceeded my expections and I will be back for any future service needs. Thanks! Tim

I dropped my car off with RTA after having noises coming from the rear end. The staff all the way from manager through the techs were super knowledgeable and courteous. They understood how I use my car and made sure I was completely satisfied with their work and confident to throw my car down the track. They are straight forward, didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need, and I had no hesitations leaving my second vehicle with the statement “give it whatever it needs”. I would recommend RTA to anyone needing repairs. Quality is second to none!

Tim & team at RTA Repair were incredible! My car needed a lot of maintenance work and I wasn’t feeling comfortable with a quote I had received from another mechanic. I called RTA and they were so flexible with their schedule, trust worthy and friendly. After diagnosis, Tim was so kind. He took the time to talk through all of the repairs I needed—patiently explaining everything over the phone while I asked questions and took notes. He helped me figure out what I should fix now and what could wait until later. He fixed everything quickly and it was such a relief working with RTA knowing I could fully trust them and that they would do quality work.
