McMinnville Jeep Ram

I went in initially to get issues diagnosed on my Jeep, but had to wait a little bit to get a ride home. While I was waiting I started browsing the certified pre-owned cars. Jaime came out to to see if I needed any help, so we looked at a couple vehicles, and I decided to go ahead and just trade my Jeep in for a newer one. Jaime and Steve made the whole deal go pretty seamless. Thank you for helping me get into a newer car with a lot less miles, and making sure I was able to get one that fits my needs. First time here! Truly one of the best experiences I’ve had with a Jeep service department. From experience of having my car in a different shop for 7 months. Also my service advisor Tim was super nice and super helpful! The tech (Kai) sent me a video of the issue my car was having which was nice to see it too! I also received a Cost sheet in my email and was able to agree right from my phone so they could get started right away. Great communication also! Will be making this Jeep my go to!
