McMinnville Mazda

I recently purchased a truck from this dealership and unfortunately had a very bad experience. Shortly after buying it, I discovered the transmission was leaking. This is not a small issue and should have been caught or disclosed before selling the vehicle. When I tried to reach out for help, Andy (the sales manager ) was rude and unprofessional. He did not return my calls or follow up with me. The only time I received any response was after I repeatedly reached out myself. As a customer, I expected better communication and honesty. Buying a vehicle is a major purchase, and dealing with transmission problems right after leaving the lot is extremely frustrating. We worked with Armando and we are newbies to driving a Mazda. He was attentive and patient with us and not pushy. We test drove several models and looked at a few more. We went home and returned the following day to purchase CX 50 premium. The process of buying a car is not fun in my opinion and there was a few bumps along the way. At the end of the process our salesman once again took time to answer questions and help set us up in our new vehicle. We think we made the right choice shopping local.

Good experience overall. I spent 6 weeks researching a new vehicle. Test drove at least 8 cars, including 5 EVs. All were out of my budget. Stephen at Mac Mazda let me know they had a new CX - 30 on the way. He called me the day it arrived. Snappy red color. We made a deal and it's now in my garage. Very happy with the process. Thanks.

Great experience at McMinnville Mazda! They gave us a fair price for our trade-in and made buying our new car quick and easy. The staff was friendly, helpful, and never pushy.
