Fast but sloppy job. Overflow of oil on top of block, and oil dipstick left partially out. This can cost customers THOUSANDS of dollars most of us don't have. Management needs to inspect the work before a vehicle leaves the shop.
My sister walked in to ask how much an oil change cost. They were rude to her and would not give her a price. We called to ask and they still refused to provide a price for an oil change. Very rude and hateful for both of us.
Did a good job changing my oil. Vacuumed out the truck and checked fluids
Found out my oil plug was not the right plug that was in my van. Replaced it, did am awsome job with customer service. Very friendly and polite.
Seemed a bit pricey, but full synthetic and 8 qts is probably the reason. Quick service, we'll be back.
