MD Auto Repair

I had to have my car towed and I used AAA. They sent MD Auto towing. They driver was super nice and towed my car to the shop I requested but upon arrival I found out they were not able to service my car. I didn't know what to do. The driver advised he could take my car to MD Auto Repair. They're a AAA recommended shop and they warranty all of their work. I had never heard of MD Auto Repair at this point but I was in a bind and figured why not, they're there just when I really needed someone, so off my car went to their shop. As soon as ut arrived I received a call from John who was so nice and reassured me they would be able to handle whatever the problem may be and they would look into in asap. The guys at MD Auto always take good care of my car and do a great job. They are always very polite to me and explain any issues with my car to me very well. They try hard to get a good price on needed parts. They even bring me home and pick me up to get my car when it is ready. Matt, Dominick, John, Kurt and all the guys work very hard to make sure that your car is well taken care of and safe to drive.

Came out super quick and was super friendly when I needed my car towed, Took great care on the drive and was very careful with my car. 100/10 these guys are amazing. Jon needs a raise asap with the amazing service

Honestly, I’m usually very skeptical about mechanics (not even sure where that comes from 😅). But after my tire literally exploded from hitting a pothole and I needed a tow, that changed fast. The tow truck driver was incredibly kind and immediately eased my worries, which already set the tone. Once I got to the shop, I was greeted by some of the nicest, friendliest guys I’ve ever dealt with. They’re professional, knowledgeable, and very reasonable with pricing, no pressure, no nonsense. Since that day, I only go to them for my auto needs, and I’ve never been disappointed. I brought my car in for an ignition repair and key fob. These guys were great, notified and asked me before they did any extra work, didn’t try to screw me over or lie at all and they did a great job fixing my car. Very trustworthy group of guys, and they offer free roadside assistance package just for using their services! definitely going to use them in the future.
