I just gotta brag on Meaningful Solutions real quick, because Zack really did his big one for me. I first met him when my car wouldn’t start — he seen me out there stuck and came right over to give me a jump, no hesitation at all. Fast forward, I needed my radiator put on, hit him up, and of course he said yes like it was nothing. He pulled up on time the next morning (which I love), got straight to work, and had everything done quick and smooth. He even helped me figure out the other issues goin’ on with my car. Zack knows his stuff for real — answered all my questions and explained everything so I wasn’t lost. Super professional, super helpful, and just a really solid person. He was highly recommended by one of our great friends . Zack made his mission to make sure i understood what was going on with my car and how he would be able to fix It. Car had various codes i didn’t understand and he took his time to explain each code and what appropriate part would work best for my car and fixed It in a timely manner. Zack saved the day! Our vehicle engine light came on and it showed symptoms that it could be the alternator. My husband told him the symptoms and he pin pointed the issue before even arriving to our house. He told us it’s probably the spark plugs ( which it was!). It was a sigh of relief for us as spark plugs are a lot less cheaper than alternator issues. The best part about it is after his diagnosis he came back the next morning which was on Easter Sunday! We didn’t have to wait til Monday like we normally would if we would have taken our vehicle to a mechanic shop and having to take part of the day off of work to get it done. We HIGHLY recommend Zack, he was quick, professional and friendly. We will no longer take our vehicle to a mechanic shop. He has new clientele now!
