We had a motor mount on our work van break and cause an enormous amount of damage. Parkway took good care of us. The repairs were expensive but they were done right. Staff was friendly and attentive.

We came to your dealership, Monday Mar 10 and were tricked into purchasing a vehicle by a Texas Salesman. it was just like cattle going to slaughter. rows and rows of tables with people. They took our keys to appraise our vehicle and never gave them back to us Did Lie and Lie to us. We will never come back there Beware!!!!

The place is terrible. Wastes your time and will lie to your face. If they tell you they have something, don't trust that either. Go up north and save money. The employees behind the counter really don't know what's going on, and the service department is even worse. Would have given zero stars, but that's not an option.

I am not one to usually write a review and I wish I could give Parkway more than five stars. The amount of help they gave me today and every aspect is more help than I ever thought. I would get out of car dealership. They are definitely not about the money they are about their customers. They are like a family down there and I am so thankful to every single person who help me today. They were absolutely wonderful so all I can say is if you need a vehicle go to Parkway. Thank you to everyone at parkway and an even bigger thank you to Charles, Josiah and Tina ❤️❤️❤️

Great service, car dealers are always great, no pressure buying. My 2nd new car I picked up from parkway. I'll purchase from here on out. 2nd to none.
