Mechanicsville Mobil 1 Lube Express

I got an oil change here and they LEFT A BOTTLE OF OIL IN MY ENGINE. I didn't notice for two weeks until my car had to go into my local shop for engine trouble and I saw this. . . Zero attention to detail. Don't go here.

I took a vehicle with a 4cyl. engine for an oil change to Mobil 1and nothing else. It’s was $138. The next day I took my SUV to the dealership for an oil change and it was $55, both were synthetic oil. I will be going to the dealership from now on.

This place is very unprofessional. The management here is atrocious theres very few employees that work here and they seem to not know what there doing. 90% of the time when i want to bring my vehicle here they are closed for unknown reasons.

As many of the other reviewers have said, this place went WAY downhill after Joe left. Several years ago, I would have happily given them five stars, but after my last visit, not only am I rating them poorly, I also won’t be back. The new management/business model is terrible, and I have a feeling the staff agree, as most of the employees seemed miserable, whereas in the past, the vibe was much more friendly and welcoming. My main issues with the new changes are extremely long wait times for a simple service when you’re the only customer and prices that have nearly doubled. Shame because this really used to be a great place.

This place has gone downhill. I've been coming here since they opened. New management sucks. This was a great place but the new folks have ruined it. Lady at the front desk was rude and unprofessional. I asked for a oil change and tire rotation. They didn't do the tire rotation because apparently she didn't hear me ask for it. They had to take the car back in the shop to do the tire rotation after they were ready to check me out. Someone else came in after me for oil change and tire rotation and they were done and out of there before my car was even done with the oil change. Oh, to top it off, they didn't have the oil filter on tight/properly. My car was leaking oil all over my driveway. So, I had to have someone (not from mobile1) look at that and correct it. I will 100% not be going back
