I was very lucky to find this hidden gem in Charlotte. I was tired of being ripped off at those 5 min drive up places where before you know it they have swindled you and jacked up their prices. At first it was convenient but quickly became damaging, not only to my pocket but to my vehicle as well. I wanted to find a reputable shop and while that sounds laughable they actually do exist. Meck Automotive far exceeded all of my expectations. As a woman, automotive shops are a nightmare because we are seen as a walking target. Not only was I greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable staff but I was updated through the progress and was shown the process. I felt safe and comfortable waiting in their lobby. I was preparing for a long trip and needed basic maintenance done on my vehicle. I even asked
