This goes towards the Jaime comment for the 2008 Equinox. The truck has been sitting since we got the truck back! It's unfair my parents paid 6k for basic work! And we are still out of a vehicle!! I should not have 2 pay for ubers after paying a mechanic! We have been so frustrated about this issue we just put it on the back burner my mom called this morning again! Each time she calls we get different answers to things! You guys need to start communicating with each other! And putting notes in accounts! Alex was amazing with his communication and service. My car was handled extremely quickly. I do not feel like I was trying to be scammed as cars are not my expertise. Alex was honest about anything they found and risk/reason for repairs without pressuring me to do anything. I would certainly give them my business again.

Took my car in for my brakes, they were able to help identify what was actually wrong with the brakes and show/print off with pictures of what need to be fix, along with the cost. They did a great job with my car. All in the same day. My car went in and came out looking a lot better. Thanks

I had my AC replaced in my 06 Kia Sedona and after 2 months the bearing started to go out on the clutch and Shane and the crew told me to bring it in and they had looked at it and they had no problem doing the warranty and replacing the compressor free of charge.
