The front desk manager was very attentive and thoughtful. I have a lot of things going on with my car and the techs did a thorough inspection. Due to the severity of the issue, they were able to get me all sorted out and repaired in a very timely manner, something that I was not expecting. I greatly appreciate the service, and will definitely be returning. Thank you guys so much!!

Meineke was more thorough with my vehicle & inspection than the Mercedes Benz dealership that I usually go to. They took pictures of issues on my car and made me feel confident that they are capable to service it. I will definitely be coming back and switching them to my main for future services.

I called ahead to see about pricing for an Uber inspection, and it’s definitely the cheapest option. They had told me to come in at 2pm And that I wouldn’t take longer than 30 minutes. didn’t ask for any of my information but I had assumed that i was booking an appointment. I get there at two and they tell me that they never booked the appointment, Told me it was gonna be an hour and a half and then told me that was because I didn’t book an appointment. It seems a little rude, but besides the point then the inspection is cleared and they told me I need to replace all four tires they send me an estimate for nearly $900 I ended up going with discount tires because it was only $400 to get them all replaced just overall wasn’t a great experience

Was super quick and very friendly! Also, they tell you about everything that’s may need looked at later and give you a quote as well! I’ll definitely be bringing my other vehicle there as well!

Really disappointing experience I took my car in for an oil change and had a great experience. The next time I took it in, I had a disagreement with them about the work, and they offered me a refund. I accepted, and figured that would be the end of it, only the refund never materialized. I gave it a couple of weeks and then called to ask about it. The guy said yep, he remembered our conversation, and he would get it processed ASAP. Another week went by, and then a new guy I’d never spoken to before called me to ask about the ‘circumstances surrounding the refund.’ I explained the situation, and he talked in circles a little bit, and then eventually said they would send me some paperwork in the next few days that I would have to fill out to get the refund.
