My dashboard light was alerting me that my tires were low. The guys got me in and found which one was low on air. They made sure all were up to the right air pressure. And they also found one tail light out which I didn’t know about. Their service gave me confidence that they take care of my car. Will keep using their services.

Received next day appointment, waiting area has air conditioning, used full synthetic oil for the oil Change. Also, received a walk through concerning the brakes.

MY CAR WOULD NOT START. I HAD IT TOWED TO THE SHOP. THEY CALLED TO CONFIRM IT WAS RECEIVED. THEY CALLED TO CONFIRM THE ISSUE THEY COULD HAVE OVER CHARGED FOR SERVICES BUT THEY DID NOT . I WAS PLEASED WITH THE SERVICES

Tommy and the technician that examined the Lexus vehicle was awesome 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽. I will be back to do business with this shop. And I will refer others. So sorry I can’t remember the technician that examined my vehicle but he was awesome. 😎

I don’t usually leave reviews, but the level of service I received at the Meineke Car Care Center on Lake St in Aurora was outstanding. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with professionalism, honesty, and real care. They fixed my AC and handled my oil change quickly and efficiently — no upselling, no runaround, just straight-up great work. One team member in particular (wish I caught his name) went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything and felt confident about the work being done. That kind of customer service is rare these days and deserves to be recognized. If anyone at Meineke is reading this — this team deserves a raise or promotion. I’ll definitely be recommending this location to friends and family. 5 stars without a doubt.
