came here for a 2nd opinion on my brakes. they confirmed i did not need as much done as the previous place quoted me. i went back again for another problem and they fixed that as well. i feel they r an honest group of people who want to help fix your car and not overcharge or try to do unnecessary work just to make a buck! highly recommend them!

I had an excellent experience. Everyone was friendly and professional. My car went in a few minutes before the scheduled time. I didn’t have to wait long.

I have used you shop for two years and was very happy with your services. Last week I had your Avon shop to rotate the tires and give the car an overview. The mechanic didn’t tighten the lug nuts. I had to immediately turn around and had the lug nut tightened. When I asked the mechanic if he checked the tire pressure and he said yes. I went home and checked the tire pressure and discovered he did not check the tires. I am not a happy camper.

I had an outstanding experience at the Meineke Car Care Center in Avon, CT. I brought in my 2022 Honda Sport Hybrid because I was hearing a noise while driving and had concerns about the brakes. Even though the shop was busy, I didn’t have to wait long, and I truly appreciated how I was treated from start to finish. Anthony, the manager, was incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to really listen to my concerns, patiently answered all of my questions, and explained what could be causing the issue in a way I could understand. He never made me feel rushed or talked over — just the opposite. He made sure I felt comfortable and informed before moving forward. That kind of service is rare. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, I wish I read the reviews first. If you want a business that could care less on whether you’re happy or not. Then go here. We went in for a very minor item and came back with a highly damaged vehicle that they have zero interest in correcting. Borderline criminal. Stopped there for gas and just decided to give them a shot on another day when I was driving through Avon. Plenty of better choices and much closer to my home in Farmington. Brought my vehicle to a mechanic and spent $878 fixing what they broke and have been 100% denied any resolution by Meineke car care center in Avon. Been there one time and this was the outcome so I won’t be back under any circumstances annndddd I will get my gas elsewhere as well
