Valvoline Instant Oil Change

First time changing oil at this location. Staff were courteous and efficient. They keep the service bay spotlessly clean, which I appreciate. No barringly loud music either. You can stay in your car while they change your oil, which is great cause I have my dog in the backseat. I also noticed they announced to the camera every step that they performed so they have a recording of what was done. One minor hiccup is the tire pressure. The specification for my SUV stated 35psi and 42psi front and back respectively (See photo). They checked the tire pressure but left both front and back at 35psi. When I got home, I saw the warning message about low tire pressure. I have to inflate the rear tires back to 42psi.

The workers at this store in Avon are always so friendly, caring and patient. As soon as I drove up someone came outside and greeted me and let me know where to go. Dwight and Bob were super today! I am so happy to have a store like this in town where they actually seem to care about your business. I also like that they tell you if something is wrong or other services you might want to think about for next time. So much better than getting ripped off by a dealership.

One of the worst experiences in my 61 yo life. I brought a leased 2024 mercedes for oil change. As soon as I drove out of the bay the oil pressure light came on telling me not to run the car. I went right back in and the “techs” and the manager had zero idea what to do, watching YouTube videoes!! The staff telling me the car was shitting off due to hybrid system which was totally false. The very rude manager told me not their problem and move my car even though the warning light said don’t operate. I asked him to guarantee if I stated the car and it was managed it would be covered but he refused. He then called the police in he and I had to have the car flat bedded to the dealer. We could not be happier with the service we receive at this Valvoline site! They take such good care of their customers…very professional and always willing to please. Today I stopped in for an emissions test and one of the service members stopped by to tell me that she had put 3 caps on my tire valves…I did not know that they were missing! Love this place!

NEVER AGAIN! They changed the oil on my Jeep 10 days ago and upsold a "transmission flush". 3 days ago my engine light came on and then I noticed an oil puddle on our garage floor. I took it back to them to look at and they said they couldn't find any problems underneath. After I requested it, they connected to the cars computer to find the cause for the engine light, which they proceeded to tell me was a common problem in Jeeps and it could go away on its own. I don't think so. I immediately took my Jeep next door to Meineke of Avon. They quickly determined it was a faulty oil filter AND there was no seal on the oil plug, both from the oil change Valvoline did just days prior. They also took care of the engine light. Lesson learned, I will NEVER go back to Valvoline in Avon with my car,
