Let's start by saying no one likes dealing with dealerships. But my experience with this dealership was very pleasant and no pressure tactics... A wonderful relief. Charles my sales consultant was knowledgeable helpful and did everything that I asked for a prior to me picking up the vehicle. I am very pleased with my purchase.I was very picky and somewhat demanding of what I wanted at pick up. I will be using the dealership again for any other purchases.

My husband and I drove up from New York to look at a truck listed for sale and had a wonderful experience!!! We dealt directly with Courtney. From the start, she was communicative, transparent, and very friendly. We’ve been searching for weeks and have had nothing but horrendous experiences with other salespeople and dealerships. She was kind enough to take thorough photos and videos for us before we made the drive up. Courtney did not pressure us at all and truly cares about her customers and wants them to be happy with their purchase. Although we did not end up purchasing the truck from this dealership and ended up finding something elsewhere, we would still highly recommend this dealership and working with Courtney!

Her personality and caring attitude instantly attracted us. From then on it was a seamless process from test drive to purchase. The entire staff, especially Courtney is dedicated to delivering an excellent experience,even when dealing with an out of state transaction.

Emissions testing was fast and the service people are the absolute most polite employees of anyplace I have been. Car maintenance is expensive but at least I always leave feeling like a valued customer.
