The guys ( the Mechanics are very pleasant and straight forward about your vehicle. I was get an Oil Change and my Tires rotated. The Mechanics did like the way the new Synthetic Oil looked, and refuse to use it/ put in my truck. They actually went to a store and got the Synthetic Oil I needed for my truck. That is great customer service, I highly recommend and appreciate their service.

Had my vehicle towed for dianostic of the rear wheels not turning freely. Also, I had an oil leak that I wanted checked. I understand the $178 was for diagnostic of the rear wheels, I was willing to pay extra for the additional diagnostic. Several times I was told we can do the oil leak later lets do the rear first. So they gave me an overpriced estimate of $5200 for the rear dif. and never addressed the oil leak. Perhaps I could have had the difference fixed along with the oil leak if I would have been given an estimate. If there was a zero star rating I would give a zero.

This team of guys were excellent!! Logan took my call Saturday and Matt and Jacob finished the job superbly!! This is a great place to take your car. I was passing thru and needed assistance!! Excellent and very professional!!

Meineke on Bell Road in Bessemer is the place for all your shop needs. I received top of the line care. They were awesome! Super friendly and A-1 mechanic specialist. I had an overall 10 out 10 experience; do yourself a favor and come through and bring them all your car needs.. special shout out to Logan & Squirrel. 😊

Horrible experience at this location. The manager Logan was really insensitive towards us. Me and my wife came to this auto repair shop at 3 o clock with our toddler as we were passing through and our car needed emergency service and repair. We were 7 hours away from our home and 5 hours away from our destination. So we were stuck in the middle of nowhere. This guy made us wait three hours until six o clock to even touch our car when it got completely dark outside. He was completely aware of our situation and that we had a little kid with us. Initially he said it would be one hour wait and then he just dragged it until the closing time of the shop which was 6 o clock. He didn’t do any repairs at the end and just let us go. Wasted 3 hours of our valuable time completely. Haven’t seen anyone
